Overview:
We are aware there is an issue with no signal bars showing on iOS devices on all profiles. This is a bug in iOS which becomes apparent when handsets connect via 4G/5G for data-only services in areas where 2G/3G has been sunsetted by the local operators.
Resolution:
We have made Apple aware of this and they are currently reporting that this will be resolved some time in 2026. Note that where this issue is present, as long as the technology type (5G/4G/LTE) is displayed next to the signal bars then there is service.
