If you’re having issues with connectivity issues with your eSIM on iOS, make sure you have completed all the steps to access data as per the instructions given on your eSIM app/website.
Check the supported network on your eSIM app/website and to connect:
Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > click on your eSIM under Cellular Plans > Network Selection > Disable Automatic > Select the correct network
Alternatively, you can try updating your APN settings and check if your data roaming is turned on.
