If you’re having issues with your internet connection, check if all your settings are set up correctly.
Make sure that Data Roaming is turned on under settings.
To update the Access Point Name (APN):
Go to Settings > Network & Internet section > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Click “+” or “ADD” > Enter the new APN settings > Hit “Save”
(Note: APN Settings can be found under installation details on your eSIM App/Website)
