When SPN Branding (Network Name) is set for your organisation, the troubleshooting workflow has a slight change.
Currently, manual network selection is a standard stage of the troubleshooting process. This is made more difficult when SPN branding is set as the network names will appear like the image below:
Due to this, the network selection should remain on “Automatic” or “Auto-Select” depending on the device being used.
Users can still manually select the networks however, finding the supported network(s) from this list will need to be a ‘trial-and-error’ process.
