Porting activities are conducted on working days according to the following schedule:
- 08:00: Standard port-in requests processed.
- 10:00: Port-out activities commence.
- 14:00: Porting completion and service reapplication.
During this period, there may be a brief interval of "split service" where the number is active on both the donor and recipient networks.
A successful porting process should be completed by 14:00 on porting day, with any outstanding issues resolved by 16:00. Delays beyond this timeframe may indicate high demand or technical issues requiring manual intervention.
