a) Provide multiple channels for customers to request codes:
- SMS (for single number requests)
- Online account
- Phone
b) Ensure these options are prominently displayed and easily accessible on your website, within one or two clicks from the homepage.
c) Verify the customer's identity before providing the requested code or information.
e) Provide comprehensive information along with the code, including:
- Validity period
- Applicable MSISDNs
- Implications of the code issuance
