The system allows subscribers to request PACs, STACs, or information by SMS using the following short codes:
- 65075: PAC
- 75075: STAC
- 85075: INFO
Or by phone and online.
Customers may also request to send info via email (“EMAIL”) or post (“POST”), partners are required to send them the info by the method customers’ selected.
