Which numbers can your customer call?
With the UK Domestic SIM, your customer can call:
- Standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, and 03; excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
- Freephone numbers (080 prefix).
- Standard UK mobiles (excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands and certain other non-standard operators too).
- Emergency services e.g. 999, 112 others
- Non-Emergency numbers (101, 105, 111, 119)
- Social Value numbers (116 prefix)
Non-Standard Rate numbers and services are NOT supported, including:
- Numbers starting with 08 (that are not freephone 080) such as 084 and 087 numbers.
- 070 and 076 numbers (don’t worry, these are not actually mobile numbers!)
- UK corporate and location-independent services (the 055, 056 prefixes)
- Premium rate, short codes, directory, or subscription services; including 118 numbers and those starting 09
- International calls or texts from the UK are not supported currently.
