Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi calling uses a Wi-Fi connection to let your customers make and receive calls when your mobile signal is low.
The calls will automatically move between Wi-Fi and mobile networks, so there’s no interruption.
Please note that Wi-Fi calling, if connected, is always reliant on the speed of the Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi Calling is already enabled for all our customers.
To use it your customer will need:
- A compatible phone
- The right software: Android 12 or higher, or iOS 15.4.1 or higher
- Wi-Fi Calling turned on in your phone settings
- Access to a Wi-Fi network.
How much do Wi-Fi calls cost?
Your customer will pay the same rate for Wi-Fi calls as you do for regular network calls. No hidden charges.
