In our email update on Friday 8th March 2024 we stated that we've grown our number of upstream providers.
It won't be possible to top-up an existing eSIM with a bundle associated with a different network provider so you may receive the error:
(400) error "incompatible bundle/profile combination"
This may also display as "Error Assigning Bundle" if you encounter this error on our Portal.
If you encounter this error we recommend taking the following steps:
- assign the bundle to a new eSIM
- issue the new eSIM to the end user
You won't incur any cost following this process.
