Before you are able to buy eSIMs you will need to top up your account, this can be done by Card Payment or by Bank Transfer

Identify Which Account Manager Has Been Assigned To You
Topping up by card can be done Using The Portal (Option 1) or Using The API (Option 2)
Note; If topping up for the first time this can only be done using the portal, as that is where your card details are stored for future payments
Option 1
2. Click "Top-Up Account"
3. Enter the amount you wish to top up > Enter the billing address that matches the card you wish to use, it is important these match otherwise the payment will fail.
Note; The minimum top-up amount is $1000 and the maximum daily top-up is set at $2000. If you wish to raise of lower this amount, please contact your account manager.
4. Scroll down to the card payment section > Enter the card details which match the billing address above > Click "Top Up Account"
5. After a successful top-up you will notice your balance along with the daily top up limit has changed.
In this example whereby $250 was topped up it is displayed as $250 of a possible $2000 topped up, which would leave the balance of a further $1750 available to be topped up if required.
Option 2
The below assumes you have already Located And Entered Your API Key
1. Go to https://docs.esim-go.com/api/#post-/organisation/balance
2. Enter the amount you wish to top up up > Click "Try"
