Auto Top-Up:
If more than 5 auto top-ups attempts fail in a row, the 'auto top-up' feature will be disabled for your organisation. You will be notified via email if this occurs. See example email below:

To re-enable auto top-up for your organisation you must:
- Check your payment details: Please log into your dashboard and verify the payment information associated with your account. This may involve updating an expired card, confirming funds are available, or checking with your bank for any blocks on transactions.
- Manual Top-up: If your balance is currently low, please perform a manual top-up immediately to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Re-enable Auto Top-up: Once you have confirmed and updated your payment method, you can easily re-enable the Auto Top-up feature within your billing settings.
