The following features will all be released throughout the month and will all be live by the end of January 2023.
Last Known Location Data 🔎
Through the eSIM Go Management Portal, it is now possible to see the last known working location of an eSIM. This includes the country and network name, which enables you to improve the support you provide to your customers.
SIM Refresh Function ♻️
The SIM refresh function has been added to the eSIM Go Management Portal, under the view eSIM pop-up menu. This enables you to instruct the mobile network to disconnect the eSIM and temporarily re-register. This will often resolve any network issues your customers may experience.
The SIM refresh function will be added to the eSIM Go Management API in Q1 2023
Order Index File Update 🗃️
When ordering multiple bundle types through the eSIM Go Management Portal in one transaction, all bundles will now be aggregated into one single file.
Asynchronous Order Processing 🔃
Occasionally, we see a small delay with our network partners when provisioning new data bundles. Asynchronous Ordering removes the requirement for API customers to wait for a response.
Revoked Bundles to Inventory ↕️
Unused, revoked bundles will now be returned to your inventory and can be reused again in future.
We plan to offer the added extra feature to credit revoked bundles to your organisation's balance in Q1 2023.
