From Wednesday September 3 2025 we will make checking coverage easier from your rate sheet.
As before, the different Profiles are displayed in the Summary tab as shown below:
Coverage Tab
Specific coverage information for any Profile can be checked using the Coverage tab in your rate sheet.
If your customer is in Canada with an ICCID beginning 89444 you should check coverage for Profile 1, which would be Telus and Bell, as shown below.
If they are using an ICCID 89320 then the Profile to check is Profile 3 and the network is Rogers.
Regional Bundles Tab
Every regional bundle is routed to one connectivity provider only, which we now list in the rate sheet in the Regional Bundles tab.
For example if your customer was in Egypt with a Middle East & Africa bundle you would need to check coverage for Profile 4. Whereas if they were in Egypt using a Middle Easy and North Africa bundle you would check coverage for Profile 1.
