If you cannot remember your password credentials then follow the steps listed below:
1. Go to portal.esim-go.com > click "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your email address > click "Reset Password"
3. An email with a reset link has been sent (check your junk mail) > click "Reset Your Password"
4. Enter your new password > Confirm new password > click "Set Password"
5. You will now be directed to your dashboard
