It is possible to revoke a bundle from an existing eSIM by using the portal (Option 1) or by using the API (Option 2).
Note; Only unused bundles will be returned to your inventory when revoked, if a bundle has been started and then revoked it is permanently lost.
Option 1
2. Click "View eSIMS" - all ICCID's are now displayed in the SIM Management screen
3. Scroll to the right on the SIM Management page > Click the "I" symbol on the corresponding eSIM
Note; If you know the ICCID of the SIM then you can type in the full or partial ICCID in the search box to filter out the remaining SIM's
4. Click "Bundles" - You can now see the queued bundles on the SIM in this example we will remove the 1GB / 7 day Andorra bundle > Click "Revoke"
5. Click "Revoke Bundle"
Note; Only unused bundles will be returned to your inventory when revoked, if a bundle has been started and then revoked it is permanently lost.
6. Click "Close"
7. You will notice that the 1GB 7 Day Andorra bundle has now been remove from the queued bundles and added to your bundle inventory
Option 2
The below assumes that you have already Located And Entered Your API Key
1. Go to https://docs.esim-go.com/api/#delete-/esims/-iccid-/bundles/-name-
2. Enter the ICCID (example used here is 8943108161000292296) > Enter the name (bundle names are case sensitive) of the bundle you wish to revoke (example used here is esim_1GB_7D_AD_U) > Click "Try"
3. The bundle has now been revoked
