This failure can be caused due to issues with your eSIM validity or settings.
- You have valid data remaining on your eSIM
- Your APN is set up according to the installation process
- You’re connected to a network supported by the eSIM (You can find the name of the supported network on your eSIM App/Website)
If everything looks okay, then try resetting your network settings under your phone settings and restarting your device.
